What is an accountability coach? A person that provides both support and guidance. It has been argued that peer pressure can be a positive thing. It can hold people accountable and force them to step out of their comfort zone and pursue their goals.
How can a person become an accountability coach? It is usually good to obtain an MPH Accountability Coach certification.
What are good attributes of an accountability coach?
I. A person that sets standards and realistic goals with their clients.
II. Maintain communication and follow-up with the client.
III. Celebrates the small and large victories with their client.
IV. Analyze mistakes.
V. Provide support and create strategies that will enhance both performance and efficiency.
