I grew up playing sports and the sport I really loved was basketball. If I had the opportunity to play college basketball my desire was to play for Pat Summitt at UT. However, that did not happen I was offered a partial cross country scholarship to attend a college in my hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. I declined the offer and enrolled at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky in the fall of 2009 instead. This quote resonated with me because I was willing to experiment with the unknown and leave my hometown even if the destination was only two hours away. In the realm of business and side hustles sometimes we need an individual that helps us stay focused. Some people are not skilled at remaining organized and meeting deadlines. This where an accountability coach can become an asset for a person or organization.

What is an accountability coach? A person that provides both support and guidance. It has been argued that peer pressure can be a positive thing. It can hold people accountable and force them to step out of their comfort zone and pursue their goals.

II. Maintain communication and follow-up with the client.

III. Celebrates the small and large victories with their client.

IV. Analyze mistakes.

V. Provide support and create strategies that will enhance both performance and efficiency.
